New interactive websites launched
CAMP HILL, Pa. — The AMES Companies, an American manufacturer and a global provider of lawn and garden products and jobsite tools, is pleased to officially launch new websites for two of its core brands: AMES and Razor-Back Professional Tools. Each website translates the new visual brand language and brand promise into a clean, modern design while providing an easy-to-navigate, content-rich experience for customers.
The new AMES website is a one-stop, user-friendly resource to help gardening and landscaping DIYers tackle any project. The “Products” section showcases the entire line of AMES tools, from shovels, scoops, rakes, cultivators and many other long-handled tools, to hand tools, carts and hose reels. The new “Collections” category recommends best-usage products based on common gardening and landscaping projects such as flower and bulb planting, fall cleanup and weed control. For novice gardeners who might be unsure of which tool is right for the job at hand, the “Tools for Tasks” section generates a list of tools and information needed to accomplish common gardening tasks. With video and social media integration, visitors can also learn about the history and heritage of the AMES brand and stay up to date with the latest product information and gardening tips.
The all-new AMES “Community” section is a social network dedicated to gardening and outdoor living enthusiasts. Visitors can simply sign up for a free account to connect with other passionate gardeners, explore project ideas, seek advice, share project photos and success stories and more. The Community's “Tool Shed” feature allows users to save products and projects for future reference.
An online destination for landscaping and construction professionals, Razor-Back's new website utilizes photography and video to highlight the qualities and features that pros have come to expect from Razor-Back tools. The “Resources” section provides a ready reference of product information such as categorizing “Tools by Trade.” This area provides information on all Razor-Back tools available for trades such as asphalt/paving, demolition, landscaping, masonry, roofing and many more. Tools can also be shown by type, another feature that simplifies navigation by allowing users to search the tool categories by specific tool features. The site also houses a page dedicated to Razor-Back's sponsorship of Brad Sweet, a Kasey Kahne Racing World of Outlaws driver, where visitors can follow along with the racing schedule, latest finishes and point standings. Visitors can connect with Razor-Back's social media communities through the site, where they can stay up to date with the latest product information, resources and company news.
